Lead the end-to-end experience across payroll, payments, and invoicing
Partner with Support and CS to turn incidents, edge cases, and friction into product improvements
Balance operational reliability with ongoing UX and workflow enhancements Payments Strategy & Integrations
Own product strategy and execution for client pay-ins across multiple rails (wires, ACH/local transfers, cards, local methods)
Own the roadmap and delivery for revenue-critical money movement systems
Translate complex financial rules and constraints into clear, actionable product requirements
Partner closely with Engineering on technically complex systems Risk, Compliance & Money Flows
Work with Risk, Compliance, and Finance to ensure money flows are controlled, compliant, and auditable
Ensure accurate reconciliation, settlement, and financial controls Proactively identify and mitigate operational and financial risk Data, AI & Outcomes
Define and own core metrics: revenue, transaction volumes, success rates, funding speed, and payroll reliability
Use data and AI-driven insights to identify bottlenecks, improve reliability, and measure impact Operational Excellence
Lead incident response when issues impact customer funds or revenue Bring structure and clarity to a complex, rule-driven domain
Reduce operational load through better processes, tooling, and automation
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our B2B Payments domain, spanning payroll, payments, and invoicing
This is a mission-critical, revenue-driving role at the heart of how money moves through our platform, directly impacting customer trust, cash flow, and payroll reliability.
You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk, and Customer Success, owning highly technical, high-impact systems and continuously improving how customers run payroll at scale
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role with strong visibility and real business impact
5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech, payments, or accounting-heavy platforms
Proven ownership of revenue-critical, money-movement systems Strong technical fluency across APIs, integrations, data flows, and complex logic
Experience applying AI to automate workflows, improve decision-making, or surface insights
Solid understanding of payments, payroll, invoicing, and financial operations
Highly data-driven and effective in high-pressure, high-visibility environments
